Uptime figures such as our 99.99% target describe the goals of our managed services under a specific agreement. Actual service levels for any engagement are defined in that engagement's service level agreement (SLA).

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to NoDowntime Technologies FZCO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services including Google reCAPTCHA and Brevo. Your use of features powered by these providers is also subject to their respective terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoDowntime Technologies FZCOis not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
